| Membership fees are for a 12-month period, renewable on the anniversary date of the membership contract. |

- Read the EMerge Alliance Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, Antitrust Guidelines and Intellectual Property Rights.
- Complete the EMerge Alliance Participating Member Agreement in full.
- Complete the Online Membership Information Profile in full and submit required files.
- Scan and email the completed forms and files to help@EMergeAlliance.org. You may also fax forms to 1.925.884-8668.
