Overview

Michigan State Office Building is 110,000 sq. ft. of open and private office space lit with low voltage dc LED fixtures by Acuity/Lithonia populating an Armstrong DC FlexZone™ ceiling connected with TE Connectivity cables, powered by Nextek power servers and controlled by Nextek wireless SKY controls system.

What it achieves

The site enables immediate energy savings from advanced lighting and controls and future low-cost re-configurability savings from low voltage plug and play architecture.
