Board Member BRUCE D. GRAHAM President, Projects/Design and Construction Services Global Workplace Solutions, Johnson Controls As President, Bruce is responsible for all Design and Construction Project Management services in the Americas for Johnson Controls. This group manages over $1 billion of construction projects annually. He also acts as a senior business development resource and integrates CM/PM responsibilities with other real estate, strategy, and operational services at JCI. Bruce has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Prior to joining Johnson Controls in 2000, he was President of Quantum Construction Specialists, a general contracting, construction management and owner's representation firm for institutional, hospitality, industrial, commercial, retail and corporate clients. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Administration from University of Wisconsin. |

Board Member JOHN LAMPRINAKOS President and CEO Worthington Armstrong Venture (WAVE) John Lamprinakos has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Worthington Armstrong Venture (WAVE) for four years. Immediately before this assignment, he acted as Vice President, Manufacturing for the Company. Prior to joining WAVE, Lamprinakos served over 24 years in various sales/marketing, manufacturing and business development positions at Worthington Cylinder Corporation (a Worthington Industries company) - leading to his appointment as President in 2001. Lamprinakos is a graduate of Duke University. He lives with wife, Sharon, and three children in West Chester, PA. WAVE, a joint venture between Armstrong World Industries and Worthington Industries, is the worldwide leader in ceiling suspension systems. |

Board Member JIM LAPOINTE Executive Sales Manager OSRAM SYLVANIA OEM Jim LaPointe has more than 29 years of experience in the lighting industry in both the technical and commercial aspects of the business. He is currently responsible for directing sales initiatives to all major lighting fixture manufacturers. During his career he has held positions in manufacturing, engineering, product management and most recently sales management. His past experience in product management has included responsibility for Compact Fluorescent, High Intensity Discharge, Electronic Ballast and LED technologies. Having held so many diverse positions at OSRAM SYLVANIA, this unique background has exposed him to all aspects of the lighting business. He has a BS in Business from Lesley University, Cambridge Massachusetts. |

Board Member BRIAN T. PATTERSON General Manager, New Business Development Armstrong World Industries Brian Patterson is General Manager of New Business Development for the Building Products Division of Armstrong World Industries. Throughout his career, Brian has been deeply involved in the electronics industry, managing product engineering, sales, marketing, licensing & operations in both domestic and global assignments. Before joining Armstrong in 2003, he held senior positions with Kollmorgen Corporation, AMP Incorporated and Tyco International. He has several patents and patents pending in the fields of fiber optics and power/signal technology. He has also held guest professorships in business management at Long Island University and Susquehanna University. In his role at Armstrong, Brian leads new business development efforts that bring the division together with like-minded partners in new collaborations aimed at improving commercial buildings, such as his work with the EMerge Alliance. |

Board Member PAUL SAVAGE CEO Nextek Power Systems Paul Savage, CEO was an outside Director prior to joining Nextek December 2002. A graduate from Haverford College, his background includes Bond Trading at CS First Boston and risk management at Lehman Brothers before joining start-up operations of Caterpillar's dealership in Vietnam, V-TRAC. Based in Hanoi, Paul filled two roles as the Director of Customer Finance and Director of Marketing. He grew this green-field start-up to 87 employees, five offices and $22 million in sales in two years. This business was primarily back-up power systems from 20 kW to 2 MW. He is a founding member of the Emerge Alliance Corporation, a consortium aimed at promoting direct current (DC) power standards for buildings. Paul is a member of the Board of Directors of Winrock International, a nonprofit organization that works with people in the United States and around the world to empower the disadvantaged, increase economic opportunity, and sustain natural resources. He is also a member of the Clinton Global Initiative, the largest individual investor in Nextek, and the organizer and coach for the team that operates the Company today. |
